Eating well shouldn't cost a fortune
Stop hunting for the recipe that fits your macros. We adapt the one you're actually craving.
Calories and protein recalculated to the gram, carbs and fat adjusted around your targets — on our recipes or ones you bring in yourself. Every price has a traced source and sharpens with every receipt. Verified to the gram, not eyeballed. No more chicken-rice-broccoli on repeat.

Proof, not promises
Your macros and your budget, held together. Move the sliders.
Lower the budget and pricey protein gives way to something cheaper — trout for salmon, chicken for beef. Raise the protein and portions rewrite themselves to the gram. When the math stops working, we say so. No menu gets dressed up to hide it.

The other half of the product
A grocery list that knows where its prices come from.
Aggregated by aisle, quantities exact, and every price traced to its source — ranked by how much we trust it:
- YOURS — your real receipts, entered in two taps
- LOCAL — the average across users in your country
- OPEN DATA — open data from Open Prices (OpenFoodFacts) — pending activation
- AI EST. — an estimate, replaced the moment a real price comes in
Every corrected price sharpens the menus for the whole country.
Never the same plate twice
Your week changes. Your macros don't.
9,400+ dishes backed by 3,500 nutrition ingredients. Macro Recipe doesn't just pad a rice portion at random — every menu is checked so calories and protein land exactly right — to the gram.

Sunday night
Your actual week resets the next one.
A three-question check-in compares the plan to reality: what you actually cooked, your real protein intake, what the groceries actually cost. Macro Recipe takes the gap and recalibrates your targets — next week's menus factor it in. The app adjusts to your life. Never the other way around.
$1.10 over → week 30 targets $24.90. No lectures, just numbers.
In your pocket
Open the recipe, already sized to you.
Every recipe card shows YOUR quantities, your macros, your price per serving. Suggested swaps are marked ✎ with their real impact — one tap to swap, and Macro Recipe recalculates everything.
- Recipe card — personal quantities, nutrition score, swap impact
- Menu editing — lock in what you love, regenerate the rest
- Step-by-step cooking — built-in timers, your quantities a thumb's reach away at every step

Why we're building this
Nutrition apps ask you to be the accountant of your own plate: weigh it, scan it, log it, feel guilty, start over. Menu apps hand you pretty recipes that ignore your numbers — your macros and your bank balance both. In between sits your actual life: a target measured in grams, a budget measured in dollars, zero interest in spending your evenings on either.
Macro Recipe keeps the ledger for you, building each week's menu to land exactly, to the gram, on your calories and protein and your grocery cap. The same dish another user gets, but your proportions. Every price comes from a traced source — your own purchases, your local market, or an estimate that sharpens with every real receipt. Not a national average from 2019.
We're not promising to "transform your life." We're promising that Thursday night, dinner will be good, it'll fit your numbers, and you won't have thought about it once.

FAQ
The questions we see coming
Another calorie-counting app?
Nothing to weigh, nothing to look up in a database — the menu already arrives solved. One tap per meal is all it takes, and only if you want to feed your weekly check-in. Tracking apps keep only 3 to 4% of their users after 30 days, because logging everything wears people out. Macro Recipe works the other way: it builds the menu that hits your macros, and all you do is cook.
Are your prices accurate?
Right now, yes for France: a database of 1,400 market ingredients that sharpens with every real price users correct. Rollout to other countries is underway — we'd rather say that plainly than promise local pricing we can't yet back up everywhere.
What do you do with my data?
Your prices stay private by default. If you choose to share them, they only feed an anonymous average over a short window. Nothing else leaves your account.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
Ask a chatbot for a menu: the numbers look fine, but nobody checks them. At Macro Recipe, every menu is checked line by line — calories and protein to the gram, grocery cap held. The difference between a suggestion and a commitment.
When can I get it?
Available on iPhone — download the app and generate your first menu in three minutes. Android comes next.
